8 Ways To Get & Stay Sick

1. Eat Processed Foods-high in calories and low in nutrients which encourage nutritional deficiencies.
2. Eating "gluten free" foods- most of these foods are not truly free of gluten, just certain types of gluten. They are highly processed as well and do nothing to enhance your health.
3. Eating GMO (genetialy modified food)- these foods are not recognized by our body nor are they nutritious. They exert stress on the liver and kidneys and stir chronic inflammation in the body.
4. Lack of Exercise- it's critical to move which increases circulation and has an impact on the immune system; it's also critical to maintain muscle mass as we age.
5. Going to bed late- proper rest leads to improve hormonal regulation and impacts how well we heal.
6. Not getting enough sunshine- sunshine is essential and critical (sunburns are not). Sunlight activates hormones and Vit D production. Lack of sunshine has been linked to over 18 different types of cancer.
7. Consuming/bathing in unfiltered water- there are prescription medications in the tap water, amongst a variety of other chemicals!  That means you are exposed to consuming artificial estrogens and even antidepressants when not filtering your water.
8. Prolonged medication exposure- this acts to destroy the lining of the intestines which also affects the population of bacteria (friendly) that live there.  Once the lining is destroyed, multiple health issues can get triggered to develop.
